mwestern Join Date: Sep 2010 Location: Perth Western Australia Posts: 1	Migrating Partner and waiting for divorce. My fiance who is from Venezuela is wanting to get a permanent visa into Australia. We cannot get the marriage visa because she is not divorced yet and because of the courts in Venezuela it could take a year or 2 to get a divorce. The question I have is what options do we have for us to be together? We have only lived together for 3 months. Also she is coming in October on a visitors visa. Will she be able to extend it to a tourist visa for 12 months? Also if she is pregnant would she be able to get the spouse visa even tho we have only been together in person for 3 months?
