I am international student come here few months ago on subclass 573 fro masters degree. I also have done M.B.A. from home country. Now i have approximately near to complete my first semester in uni. Now, i want to change my course to cookery or diploma in management. Can you please tell me can I do this and How?

I just wondering to know about that if i want to change my visa from 573 to 572 then is it possible.
Like if i want to change my study from my degree to diploma. Because i want to do diploma first.
Please give me some help i really need to know about that.
