Student Visa issue
Hello there! I have stayed for almost 6 years in Brisbane. After completing my diploma in nursing, I started my degree in nursing. In my last semester, I failed twice in my clinical placement (off campus). Apparently, I was just one semester (3 units) away from my degree. I got negative approval from MRT + MI. Unfortunately all this time didn't have proper guidance or studying permit (else I should have complete degree as UNI has given me readmission after 2 academic semesters).
My daughter was born in June and after getting her documents I left Brisbane in October, 2012. I checked with Delhi people, they said I am banned for three years till October, 2015. I am trying for my skills assessment through ANMAC (this is my year 7 registration with AHPRA). How can I get a waiver for my reentry ban? DO I come in PIC (8202) criteria? I worked for almost 5 years as an Enrolled Endorsed Nurse in Brisbane.
Can someone guide/help me to get back in Australia?
