Default Family Balance Test

Hi there
My wife has 2 sisters who currently lives in Iraq. One of the sisters is getting married and will leave Iraq and resides in Europe.
So that will make:
1. One sister in Iraq
2. One sister in Europe
3. One sister in Australia
Would that make her pass the balance test if she wants to get the parents migrated to Australia?

You meet this requirement if either:

-at least half of your children live permanently in Australia
-more of your children live permanently in Australia than in any other country.

In your case only 1 child lives in Australia, so there are not more children in Australia than in any other country, neither do half of the children live permanently in Australia.

Based on this information they will not meet the BoF test.
