Skill assessment -Statutory declaration for same company

Hi all,

I need to upload skill assessment document in ACS. But got some confusion about the statutory declaration document to be produced from managers\leads.

I completed my B.E (Computers) in 2006 and joined Infosys in Aug 2006. Since more 10 years, i am working with same company. In my stint, I have done 2 projects with my manager Kalpesh, Is it fine to provide single statutory declaration document or i need to produce multiple statutory declarations.

Your website claims you are are Migration Agent, but I can't see you registration number (MARN) anywhere. Why is that ?
