Curently the MODL and its usefulness is under review. WE can expect at the same time a number of occupations to be removed from MODL and I advised from a credible source that NURSES might come off the MODL in about three months time. (Usual disclaimer appllies)
The Review paper makes very interesting reading. Certainly it seems the CSL will shortly be phased out and the MODL is likely to look quite different.
