Default dependent on a bs801 visa

hi, my partner and his brother and sister have been in Australia for over 4years and they are eligible to apply for their citizenship this year in July. They are dependents on their mothers permanent residence visa (bs801). She has been threatening to send them back to the Philippines. Is she able to do that?

If the sc. 801 visa has been granted and they were included as dependants, then they are all permanent residents now.The mother cannot "send them" anywhere or have their visas cancelled. Only the Minister of immigration has that power.
