Default One partner exceeding 20 hours effect on other.

Can anyone answer a legal issue or two?

With a family on a student visa, and one of the parents (the dependent one) exceeds the 20 hours on a regular basis, does this cause the entire family visa problems?

If there is a family breakdown, and one partner moves to another State, (the dependent one), how does this affect the family student?

If the family breaks up, and the dependent one goes some where else in Australia, and exceeds the 20 hours, will this affect the main student visa holder?
