i am from philippinesa Live in Davao city,we really want a help on what we do about visa,my prospective marriage visa was refused last feb 2011 we lodge the application on 2010 at Australian embassy manila but it takes 1 year we get the decision but its breaking our heart when we got the email from case officer that the visa refused because i have son who had Down syndrome. and it says will take risk to Australian community...that very sad news. after those refusal me and my husband decide to marry here in philippines and it was success the ceremony was on May 28 2011. and now we are thinking to apply spouse visa again and we are doubting maybe it will refused again.we really need a help for this.
any advice is much appreciated..
