Default DOB In

I need urgent assistance regarding dob in. somebody complaint about me to immigration about visa condition breach related to work. i was exceeding my work hours from last one year but i was getting my salary as cash. do IMMI take these complaints seriously? what can be the possible consequences? what all they need to prove these allegations? is there any way to get out of this situation? please guide me for this.

Are you saying that you are not abiding by your visa conditions and that you have been trying to circumvent your visa conditions by getting paid in cash ?

Yes, Immigration take these issues very serious and if you are found to be in breach of your visa conditions, your visa may be cancelled.

Sorry, but I can't advise you on how to break the rules. I suggest you start abiding by your visa conditions 100 % straight away and see what happens. If you are interviewed you will have to be truthful.
