Changing level of qualification

If you want to change your level of qualification, you will need to apply for a new student visa because your visa subclass will change.
Example: You want to change from a Diploma to a PhD degree.

Hi,
My name is Adrian and I am an international student. I came to Australia in november 2008 on sub class 573. From 2009 I started my degree in Bachelor of Business.
My question is: can I change my student visa to a working visa?

You might be able to apply for a general skilled or employer sponsored visa, depending on your circumstances. You cannot "change" your visa. You'll have to apply for a new one.

Hi,
I have another question for you. As I told you before: My name is Adrian and I am an international student. I came to Australia in november 2008 on sub class 573. From 2009 I started my degree in Bachelor of Business.
However, I find the studies too difficult, so now I want to change my visa. My question: As I live here with my sister (she's Australian Citizen), are there any chances for me to apply, while I'm in Australia, for another visa subclass. eg. Remaining Relative Visa (Onshore) (Subclass 835) or any others ?
Thank you!
Adrian
