hi there,
any help would be very helpful, i had no idea this visa would be so stressful!!
i want to apply for a defacto visa with my partner, but i dont think that we will get accepted.
we've been together for a year and a half, ive been living with him and his parents for the past year ifnot slightly more, thus no bills etc are in my name.
papertrail wise we dont have much evidence, we dont have a joint bank account for we havnt had the need for one- i'm only 20 and he's 25. i have a few bank statements where ive bought things for him which im going to submit.
most of our evidence are in photos, ive met and has had pictures with his grandmother (who came to visit from south africa), his cousin (who lives in london but came to aus), his uncle, my mother and brother have met my partner and his family (we have photos, and are getting a written statement from my mother). We have lots of stautary declartions from friends and family. He has also written a thesis which im in the acknowlegement and i have postmarked letters from my family asking hows aus is going and how is ben (my partner)and the family are.
do you think this would be enough to have a deacent chance for the visa? ifnot are there any additional things we could submit?
any help would be wonderful, this who process is mind boggleing!
