Hi everyone,
Need some advice. I am currently in Australia living with my boyfriend who is an Australian citizen. I am here since the end of August 09 on a student visa and we are currently gathering evidence for our next visa, de facto. The problem is my student visa expires at the start of July so we wont have the full 12 months proof of evidence. We will be a month and a half short.
We met back in February 2006, and have stayed in a relationship since then, long distance of course. I have some emails going back to 2008. I was also here for a 4 week holiday in October 2008 to visit my boyfriend but have lost the itinerary for that, it is then we decided that i would move out here but because i already used the 1 year working holiday visa, my only option was to come back as a student. We kept in contact through skype emails and telephone calls since then but only have evidence of emails. I really don't know what to do?
I could do another course but it will be very expensive just for the sake of the month.
