Business skills visas for the program year ending the 30 June 2010 have been subjected to a 'cap and queue' by the Minister for Immigration.

MH understands the cap has not yet been reached but is likely to be in the near future. Once it is reached, business skill visa applications will continue to be processed but no further visas will be granted until the 1 July 2010.
