Can anyone advise, is it a privilege for only Computer Professionals (nec) Asco code 2231-79, to claim that they have specialisation listed on MODL and CSL, where all of them goes under 2231-79 code, or any computer professional, for example, Systems Programmer (ASCO code 2231-19) or Systems Designer (ASCO code 2231-13) can claim that he/she has any of specialisation listed on MODL and CSL? Thank you in advance.

That is what the latest MODL (revoked for offshore applicants) say. See below. So even if some other ICT occupation on the SOL matches your current work experience, if you wish to claim MODL points, you have to nominate 2231-79

Does anybody knows when ACS start to process the PASA applications after they received the complete application package?
I sent my package at August they received at August 30 and I heard nothing from ACS since they got my snail mail.
I sent an enquiry a week ago (http://www.acs.org.au/index.cfm?action=load&temID=skillenquiry) but no anwser meanwhile they wrote on the site "A case officer will respond within 2 working days to your enquiry."
How do I reach them to get any anwser? The phone number I have is an audio mailbox only.

I got the confirmation mail today, after 3 weeks that my application arrived to the ACS office. Nice.

3 weeks to asign my case to an office. But it`s ok because at 21/10/2010 I get a positive anwser. Yesterday I got the snail mail also. So it was taken 2 months from send the mail and got back the anwser.
