I am currently on Temporary sposal visa.Its been an year since my arrival to Sydney.
I recently had our first child,baby girl.
I was wondering about my Permanent Residency.
I am aware that it is after a 2 year period,but my husband told me that with the birth of a child,it is acted upon faster.
I wanted to enquire the same and ask as to how do I go about the process of converting my Spousal Visa to PR.And should I do it now itself at end of my first year here?
My husband and child are citizens of Australia.
