when is the points test done by DIAC and what does the status "met" actually means

I have a question

1. When is the points test points calculated by CO in the application process?

2. In the documents checklist if the status is met what does it mean? the documents are validated (docs are ok) or the points regarding that section is provided.

Please give me an answer. I will be grateful ever.

please provide the answer as most of the applicant will face the same scenario when the anxiety will be high but initial applicants will not be interested in this.
