Students doing a VET course and a Bachelor's Degree should take note of following

-That the 6 months rule for exiting a Provider commences 6 months form commencing the Bachelor's Course

-Student who applies for a 485 or 885 will be entitled to Bridging A visa only after the student visa expires or on completion of the Bachelor's Degree which ever is earlier.

I am sorry I cannot help you as I dont dont do student visas and Glenn might be too busy, rather than waiting indefinetly why not consider giving the student section of DIAC a call and get it from the horses mouth.
