George Bornemissza was a tall, aristocratic Hungarian entomologist, who came to Australia in the early 50s and worked in the West Australian university, and then joined CSIRO. In the 60s, he recognised actually that the dung pads that were littering the pastures in Australia was a completely different environment, different situation to what he saw in his native Hungary, and so he generated ... he thought up this idea of introducing exotic dung beetles get rid of the dung.
